Pola Dalamangas has a strong background in finance and product management. Pola started their career at Disclosure as a Product Launch Manager in 1996 and then moved on to Primark as a Product Manager in 1997. In 2000, they joined Thomson Financial as a Director of Product Management - Research Products and later transitioned to Claims Resolution Tribunal as a Project Manager in 2002. Pola then joined Institutional Shareholder Services, where they held various roles, including Consultant and Director of Product Management - Corporate Products. In 2007, they became a Manager at AndStart, and in 2008, they took on the role of Finance Director at 24Media Group.

Pola Dalamangas holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from American University - Kogod School of Business, obtained between 1993 and 1995. Prior to that, they completed a Juris Doctor (JD) degree at American University Washington College of Law from 1992 to 1994. Their undergraduate studies were focused on Economics, and they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Seton Hall University starting in 1988 and finishing in 1992.
