Jason Saindon is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in technical support and machining. Currently serving as the Engineering Support Manager at 24M Technologies since January 2018, Jason oversees a diverse team of technicians and designers, extending project scopes to onsite collaborations that enhance operational efficiency. Prior roles include Lead Engineering Technician, where Jason focused on team building and workload management, and Engineering Technician/Machinist, which involved executing design projects for R&D. Previously, Jason worked at GTI Spindle Technology, Inc. as a Machine Tool Spindle Repair Technician and Breakdown Technician, as well as in machining roles at Automotive Supply Associates and Precision Balance and Machine. Jason's career began at Highland Mountain Bike Park as a Lift Attendant, emphasizing safety and operational protocols. Jason pursued education at NHTI, Concord's Community College from 2013 to 2014.
