Matt King is an experienced leader in organizational development and learning. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Organizational Development at 24 Hour Home Care since January 2023, Matt previously held managerial roles in Learning and Development at Best Buy from May 2018 to October 2022, where strategic innovations enhanced employee engagement and leadership capabilities. Prior experience includes leading learning initiatives at Spring Mobile, significantly improving employee retention and engagement, and managing operations at Sales Baron, focusing on inventory control and efficiency. A former Store Manager at GameStop, Matt developed a solution-based sales culture and facilitated the advancement of associates into management roles.
