Michael Bodell is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and platform services. Currently serving as VP and Distinguished Engineer, AI at [24]7 since May 2012, Michael has previously held roles such as Director and Senior Director within the same company. Prior to joining [24]7, Michael worked at Tellme Networks and its subsidiary Tellme, a Microsoft subsidiary, from 2000 to 2012, where positions included Software Engineer and senior Software Development Engineer. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Harvard University, earned between 1996 and 2000.
