Josh Shipplett is an experienced pit crew coach currently at 23XI Racing since December 2022, previously serving as a pit crew member and engineer at Joe Gibbs Racing from December 2017 to November 2022. With a strong background in NASCAR, Josh contributed as a tire carrier and engineer at Richard Childress Racing from December 2013 to November 2017 and held roles at Roush Fenway Racing and DGM Racing, where significant achievements included a pivotal role in winning the 2011 Daytona 500. Education includes a Mechanical Engineering degree with a concentration in Motorsports from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a focus on Motorsports Vehicle Technology from Lanier Technical College.
