Jacob Mode has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jacob started their career as a Sales Representative at Vector Marketing in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Teller at Home Federal Bank and also as a Cashier at Ingles Markets, Inc. Jacob then took on the role of a Consulting Intern at Solution Scholars and Co., where they conducted research to gather business strategy information for various small and start-up businesses in the Chattanooga area. In 2016, Jacob worked as a Digital Marketing Strategist and Researcher at Reflection Riding Arboretum & Nature Center, focusing on implementing an effective digital marketing strategy and creating a social media strategy. In the same year, they also served as a Marketing and Advertising Assistant at The Ark Pet Spa and Hotel, creating advertisements and managing social media accounts. In 2020, Jacob began working as a Materials Manager for Air National Guard, where they monitored and operated logistics systems and managed inventory control functions. Finally, they joined 21st Mortgage Corporation in 2017 and held two roles: as a Financial Counselor, where they demonstrated excellent customer service skills and negotiated account resolutions, and currently as a Tax Services Representative, where they provide customer service support regarding mortgage loan accounts.

Jacob Mode obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, completing their studies from 2012 to 2016.
