Chester Elton is an accomplished advisory board member for One Kind Act a Day since September 2023 and is recognized as a #1 New York Times bestselling author, Thinkers 50 executive coach, and standing ovation keynote speaker at The Culture Works, where Chester has been a partner and founder since January 2011. As a culture and leadership expert, Chester emphasizes the importance of celebrating positive contributions in the workplace. Additionally, Chester serves as an executive coach for the 100 Coaches program since December 2017, designed to inspire leaders to foster positive change. Chester also contributed as a guest lecturer at Cornell University from April 2012 to April 2023, focusing on employee fulfillment and organizational culture. Previously, Chester held the title of Apostle of Appreciation at O.C. Tanner from August 1992 to February 2011 and served as VP of Marketing at Blair Television from January 1989 to September 1991. Chester earned a BA in Communications from Brigham Young University between 1980 and 1983.
