Tony Lantz is an experienced professional in human resources and change management, currently serving as HR-chef, Konsult, and Affärsenhetschef at 2050 since January 2020. Prior to this, Tony was the CEO of Limeblue Impact AB, where the focus was on achieving the 17 Global Goals set by the UN. Additional experience includes work as a consultant in various roles, such as Doer at Doings - for a Change! and team manager at Frontit, emphasizing social sustainability and project management. Tony has also held positions in change management at Elekta and worked with several other companies including SF Bio AB and Atea Sverige AB, demonstrating a strong background in IT and organizational change initiatives since 2000. With a Master's degree in Human Resources from Umeå University, Tony has proven expertise in driving business results through strategic HR initiatives.
