Caroline Girardon has extensive experience in journalism, currently serving as the Cheffe de service des bureaux de Lyon et Marseille at 20 Minutes France since October 2022, where Caroline has been a reporter and writer for both print and web since October 2011. Prior to this role, Caroline worked as an independent journalist for Le Parisien and Reuters, covering the Lyon area and the Rhône-Alpes-Auvergne region from May 2009 to October 2011. Additionally, Caroline served as a reporter for RMC Info Talk Sport, focusing on Rhône-Alpes and Auvergne from January 2009 to October 2011. Caroline's early career includes being a radio journalist at RCF RADIO, where responsibilities included presenting the 6:30 PM news and conducting field reports from September 2001 to March 2009, along with a position as a rédaction secretary at GROUPE PROGRES in the sports department.
