Randall J Biggs has worked in various roles in the defense industry since 2004. From 2004 to 2007, they served as the Air Exercise Director and Joint Task Force Airspace and Fires Officer for USSOCOM. From 2007 to 2011, they were the Commanding/Executive Officer at the Helicopter Maritime Strike Weapons School, Pacific. From 2011 to 2014, they were an Instructor and Directing Staff at the Defence Academy of the UK. From 2014 to 2017, they served as the Director and Senior Analyst of the Secretary of the Navy Advisory Panel. In 2017, they also began working as the VP Program Support and Senior Analyst at 2 Circle Consulting, Inc., and as a Strategy and Policy Analyst at Navy Warfare Group.

Randall J Biggs earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Randall J'story from Ithaca College. Randall J then went on to obtain a Master of Arts (MA) in Strategic Studies from the Marine Corps War College between 2010 and 2011.
