Carrie Kosac serves as the Director of Commercial Credit & Operations at Honor Credit Union since September 2023, overseeing the Commercial Credit Department and business lending documentation and operations. With extensive experience at 1st Source Bank since March 2005, Carrie has held roles including Small Business Market Manager and Vice President of SBA and Economic Development, focusing on SBA and CRA business development, portfolio management, credit analysis, and problem loan resolution. Additionally, Carrie has experience in treasury services, cost accounting at Carpenter Co., and accounting at HFS Bank. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Management from Davenport University.
