Phil Duke is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience spanning various roles in the industry. Since December 2019, Phil has served as an Area Representative for 1st Class Real Estate, providing guidance and support to franchisees to enhance profitability and operational consistency. As a Real Estate Broker, Phil has managed agent hiring, training, and marketing initiatives at various real estate firms, including Powerhouse Realty and Realty Executives. Phil also has military experience as a Military Intelligence member in the Army National Guard since 2008. Additional professional roles have included Managing Partner at Priority Title & Escrow, Marketing Director at Whitworth Real Estate, and Sales Representative at Burnum-Hahn Exterminators. Phil is pursuing a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership at Liberty University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Management from The University of Alabama.
