Rebecca Balaz is a seasoned finance and business systems professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Finance System Manager and Financial Systems Technical Lead at 1Password since December 2021, Rebecca also owns Revolve Bellydance/Blond Heretic Silks since September 2009. Previous roles include Senior Business Information Systems Analyst at Dejero, Enterprise Application Administrator at D2L, and Senior Business Systems Analyst at PointClickCare, among others. Rebecca has contributed to the Waterloo Community Arts Centre as a Board Member and held the position of Board President at The Literacy Group of Waterloo Region. Academic credentials include an MBA in Strategy from Wilfrid Laurier University and an HBA in Psychology from Lakehead University.
