Gabrielle Caron is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, people analytics, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). Currently serving as VP Talent, DEIB & People Insights at 1Password since March 2022, Gabrielle leads the strategic development and operations of the company's talent-related functions. Additionally, Gabrielle holds the position of Senior Director, Global Talent at Héma-Québec. Previous roles include Global Talent Manager at McKinsey & Company, where responsibilities encompassed coaching and supporting consultants, managing talent staffing processes, and enhancing team dynamics. Gabrielle's career also includes experiences in recruitment consulting, guest services, and operations coordination. Gabrielle earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from HEC Montréal.
