Marcin Kulczycki has a diverse work experience in the telecommunication sector. Marcin started their career in 2001 at Gemplus, where they provided production support for test/init and perso services. From 2005 to 2012, Marcin worked at Gemalto, first as a Smart Card Development and Validation Engineer, and later as a Telecom Technical Consultant and Technical Account Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for setting up SIM/USIM/UICC products and providing technical support to MNO/MVNO customers. Marcin then joined Giesecke & Devrient in 2012 as a Senior Technical Project Manager, where they managed the setup and maintenance of SIM/USIM/UICC products and back-end systems for customers in the UK/Ireland region. Afterward, Marcin worked at Comarch as a Business Development Manager, focusing on M2M, BSS, and OSS software solutions in the telecommunication sector. Marcin then joined BT as a Network Engineer, supporting MS Skype for Business solutions and administering IP Network Performance Management systems. Marcin's most recent role is at GSMA, where they served as an eSIM Technical Architect. Currently, they work as an eSIM Product Manager at 1oT.

Marcin Kulczycki attended Gdańsk University of Technology from 1995 to 2000, where they earned a Master's degree in Applied Physics and Mathematics. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA-C02) from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in January 2022, the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner - Foundational (CLF-C01) from AWS in January 2021, the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) from Cisco in December 2019, the Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) from Cisco in December 2018, and the Prince2 Practitioner certification from APMG-International in September 2013.
