Leon Werner has six years of work experience, beginning in 2010. Leon started as a Praktikant at SinnerSchrader, followed by a Werkstudent at Deutsche Klassenlotterie in 2018. In 2019, they worked as a Praktikant \u00c4nderungs- und Innovationsmanagement at Daimler AG and a Working Student Research And Development at Lovehoney Group. In 2022, they worked as a Working Student Business & Venture Development at Neuraum Ventures GmbH, and they are currently a Junior Business Development Manager at 1KOMMA5\u00b0.

Leon Werner completed their Abitur at RSS Harburg from 2012 to 2014. Leon then attended Rudolf-Steiner-Schule Nordheide from 2000 to 2012. From 2015 to 2020, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Technische Universität Berlin. In 2017-2018, they completed an Auslandsemester in Economics at Chulalongkorn University. Leon is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
