Reinaldo Rey Martínez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Reinaldo is currently serving as the Head of Finance & Strategy at 1DOC3, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at UFINET from 2018 to 2022 as the M&A and Business Development Manager, where they played a strategic role in the company's M&A department, managing investment needs and facilitating transactions. From 2012 to 2018, Reinaldo held the position of Infrastructure and Project Finance Senior Manager at EY, advising on large-scale infrastructure projects and providing financial guidance. Before that, they served as the Gerente de Negocios at Valores y Banca de Inversión S.A.S from 2007 to 2012, and as a Consultor de Inversiones at Porvenir from 2005 to 2006. Reinaldo began their career as the Gerente de Cuenta at Fiduciaria Bogotá SA from 2003 to 2005.

Reinaldo Rey Martínez studied at the Universidad Externado de Colombia from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration.
