Devendra (Dev) Shukla, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In recent years, they have served as a Board Member/Investor for ImageProVision Technology, Curio Digital Therapeutics Inc., and KAYA17. Additionally, they founded SpendLabs and served as its Ex-Chairman. Devendra (Dev) has also held positions as a Director/Investor for 1APP and InTech Energy, Inc., as well as an Investor/Advisor for CELLIX BIO PRIVATE LIMITED and PetroTel. Prior to these roles, they were the Founder CEO (Emeritus) of ITSI, ITSI-Gilbane and Co-Founder, SVP of ESI-North.

Devendra (Dev) Shukla, Ph.D. completed their Bachelor's degree in Distinguished Alumnus--B. Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. Devendra (Dev) then pursued their Ph.D. in Probabilistic Approaches in Engineering from the University of Delaware.
