Oguz Akgungor is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software engineering and architecture. Currently serving as Principal Software Engineer at Joyn Insurance, Oguz leads backend operations for complex insurance applications and collaborates with globally distributed teams to deliver mission-critical solutions. As Co-Founder and CTO of 1A1 and former Co-Founder & AI Architect at exClone, Oguz has pioneered AI-driven applications and directed teams in developing scalable machine learning solutions. Previous roles include Sr. Software Developer Team Lead at AIG, where Oguz managed cross-functional teams to design software for underwriting, and various leadership positions at Tenitre Web Consultancy, hakia, Turpak, and Veripark. Oguz holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor's in Mathematics and Actuarial Mathematics from Boğaziçi University and a Master's in Education Science from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi.
