Jessica Prath is an experienced professional in program and talent management, currently serving as the Director of Talent Programs at 1871 since August 2020, following the acquisition of the Illinois Technology Association (ITA) by the organization. Previously, Jessica held the role of Senior Manager, Programs at ITA from January 2018 to August 2020, overseeing strategic management of over 130 annual events and student programming. Jessica started as Programs & Events Manager at ITA, where responsibilities included program development for more than 120 events. Prior experience includes serving as Community Development Manager for Relay For Life at the American Cancer Society from November 2012 to January 2018, collaborating with student leaders to raise significant funds through events, and earlier foray as an Income Development Representative. Jessica holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Management and Health Sciences from Bradley University.
