Bleise da Cruz is currently working as the VP of Engineering at 180 Seguros, previously holding positions such as Engineering Manager at the same company and Engineering Tech Manager at Nubank. Before that, Bleise worked as an Associate Director at Banco BTG Pactual and as a Senior Financial Analyst at Banco Itaú. Bleise also gained foreign experience as a Senior Financial Analyst at Banco ITAÚ Europa. With a Master's Degree in Accounting and Controllership from USP and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Bleise has a strong background in finance and engineering roles.
