Tracey Merz serves as the Executive Producer at 143 Studios, Inc. since September 2016, where expertise is applied in creating and producing innovative audio, visual, and written content for Mel Robbins, a bestselling author and prominent podcast host. Prior to this role, Tracey gained experience as a Local Impact Consulting Intern at The Monday Life and as a DukeEngage Intern at MENTOR: The National Mentoring Partnership. Additional roles include working in the Mayor's Office of Civic Engagement for the City of Philadelphia and assisting at WXPN's Free At Noon event. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Analysis from Duke University, completed in 2016.
