Sonia Maciuszewicz is a seasoned professional in the venture capital and talent acquisition sectors, currently serving as Fractional Head of Platform at 13books Capital and Head of Platform at Italian Founders Fund, a firm focused on supporting pre-seed and seed stage ventures with Italian connections. Previously, Sonia held the role of Head of Founder Experience at BACKED VC, where the emphasis was on enhancing the seed stage VC experience, particularly in leadership and emotional wellbeing. Sonia's earlier career includes pivotal roles at Entrepreneur First, where the focus was on identifying and nurturing future founders, and as a Legal Representative with the Free Representation Unit.
