Nicholas Lanham has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Technical Support Engineer at Juniper Networks since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Customer Service Assistant at Christopher Newport University from September 2020 to May 2021, where they investigated and resolved technical incidents, provided customer support services, and collaborated with IT specialists.

Nicholas also has experience as a Soccer Referee at the Rappahannock Soccer Referee Association (RSRA) from January 2015 to December 2020. Additionally, they worked as a Customer Service Associate at The Home Depot from May 2020 to August 2020, where they handled various customer service tasks and built strong customer relationships.

Nicholas also worked at Stafford County Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities, first as a Facility Attendant from May 2017 to January 2020, and then as a Recreation Leader from May 2019 to August 2019. In these roles, they organized and led recreational activities, demonstrated empathy and conflict resolution skills, and fostered team collaboration.

Nicholas Lanham obtained their Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Information Systems, and minors in Computer Science & Information Science from Christopher Newport University. Nicholas attended the university from 2017 to 2021.
