Doreen A. Cash is an experienced professional in the fields of solutions architecture, business analysis, and IT project management, currently serving as a Solutions Architect and Implementation Consultant at 1218 Global since August 2022. Previously, Doreen spent over five years at The Adecco Group as a Salesforce Business Analyst and IT Business Analyst II, where responsibilities included managing Salesforce Service Cloud implementations and overseeing user acceptance testing. Doreen's career also includes significant roles at GE Capital, HP, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, and Lucent Technologies Bell Labs innovations, demonstrating expertise in accounts receivable, IT knowledge management, and technical support. Doreen holds a Masterā€™s Degree in Telecommunications Systems/Computer Science from DePaul University, along with Bachelor's Degrees in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry Institute of Technology and Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
