Matz Bech serves as CMO and Head of Talents at koalo.app since February 2023, managing marketing and communications as well as talent development. Concurrently, Matz holds the position of Project Manager Sport at 11teamsports Group and is the Founder of Bech Creatives, both roles commencing in 2024 and 2023, respectively. Previous experience includes working as a Digital Strategist & Creator Marketing at DDB Germany, Marketing and Growth Manager at ASM Marketing, and Social Media Marketing Manager Intern at Elbkind Reply. Matz began a marketing career with an internship as a Marketing Strategist at Lufthansa. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Media & Culture from the University of Amsterdam, along with studies at Leiden University and RBZ Wirtschaft in Kiel, coupled with foundational education at Alexander von Humboldt Gymnasium and Carson Graham Secondary School.
