Suzan Miller

Suzan Miller has extensive experience in call center management and customer service within the healthcare and insurance sectors. Currently serving as the Assistant Director at the 1199 National Benefit Fund since May 2014, Suzan oversees call center operations, focusing on customer service improvement, policy development, staff management, and compliance monitoring. Prior to this role, Suzan was the Call Center Manager at the same fund, where management of over 330,000 annual contacts from healthcare providers was achieved. Earlier experience includes the position of Customer Service Manager at Amalgamated Life Insurance Company, overseeing a call center with 40,000 annual contacts. Suzan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Berkeley College.
