Katarzyna Szczerba has a work experience as an Accountant in 11 bit studios S.A. starting from May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Benefit Systems SA as a Księgowa from January 2016 to May 2022, and as a Młodsza Księgowa from March 2014 to December 2015. Before joining Benefit Systems SA, they worked as a Młodsza księgowa at Fkwadrat Biuro Rachunkowe Sp. z o.o. from April 2012 to February 2014.

Katarzyna Szczerba obtained a Licencjat (Lic.) degree in Finanse i Rachunkowość from the University of Warsaw, starting in 2010 and completing their studies in 2013. Following this, they pursued further education at the same university and obtained a Magister (Mgr) degree in Finanse, Rachunkowość i Ubezpieczenia, graduating between 2013 and 2015.
