Merle Carlet has extensive experience in design and creative leadership, currently serving as Teamlead and Creative Director at 10X Innovation GmbH & Co. KG since February 2021. Prior to this role, Merle worked as a Creative Director at MetaDesign from April 2019 to February 2021 and held various design positions at KMS TEAM, Mutabor Design, and previous internships. Merle holds a Master of Arts in Design and Visual Communication from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (2012-2015) and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences (2008-2012).
