Nech Dy has extensive experience in customer service and operations, currently serving as the Global Customer Service Operations Lead at 10x Genomics since August 2019. Previously, Nech held various roles at 10x Genomics, including Global Commercial Operations Analyst, Order Management Process Specialist, and Customer Support Specialist. Prior to joining 10x Genomics, Nech worked at 8x8 as a Supervisor LNP from January 2018 to August 2019, and at Lam Research as a Customer Service Representative from February 2011 to January 2018.
