Dilara Y. possesses diverse experience across various roles in youth advisory, social media leadership, and consultancy. Currently serving as a Youth Advisor and Social Media Team Leader at 100sClub since May 2021, Dilara has been involved in content production and team task management. Previous roles include a Sales Consultant position at Otokoç Otomotiv and an internship as a Junior Consultant at Kariyer Enerjim Insan Kaynaklari ve Danismanlik. Participation in the L'Oréal coaching program facilitated personal and professional development, while an internship in human resources at Sport Center Academy offered project-based experience.
