Caro Windlin has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.
From 2019 to the present, Caro has been the Managing Director of 1000 Satellites GmbH, a position they currently hold. In this role, Caro has been responsible for overseeing the operations and management of the company. They are also a Co-Founder of the 1000 Satellites Coworking Venture, a position held from February 2019 to December 2021.
In 2019, Caro also founded and became the Managing Director of The Peopleeffect GmbH. This company focuses on strategic organizational and people consulting with a particular emphasis on future work.
From 2008 to 2019, Caro worked at BASF in various roles. They served as a Senior Program Manager for the TOP START International Business Leader Program from March 2016 to March 2019. Caro also held the position of Team Lead Leadership Development Europe from March 2013 to February 2016. They began their career at BASF in December 2008 as a Consultant in Leadership and Organizational Development.
In 2018, Caro worked as the HR Lead for Chemovator GmbH Set-Up, which is a start-up incubator of BASF.
Caro's earlier work experience includes being a Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Mannheim from April 2003 to November 2008. Additionally, they were a Scholar at Stanford University from September 2005 to December 2005.
Caro Windlin attended Stanford University in 2005, where they completed a research degree in Business Administration & Sociology. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2003, Caro Windlin studied Psychologie und Unternehmensführung (Psychology and Business Administration) at Technische Universität Darmstadt and obtained a Dipl.-Psychologin degree. In 1999-2000, Caro Windlin pursued research in Psychology at the University of Bristol.
