Ludo B. is an experienced entrepreneur and executive with a significant background in the outdoor, action sports, and motorsports sectors. Currently, Ludo serves as Co-Founder and CEO of 100% since October 2011 and also owns MXInc, offering selective consulting and board membership services. Ludo co-founded SAN DIEGO SPORTS COMPANIES and was Co-Chairman of CONNECT San Diego Sport Innovators from 2008 to June 2014, contributing to the growth of San Diego's sports economy. Prior ventures include Co-Founder and CEO of ONE Industries, where Ludo grew the company from a startup to over 50 employees and $20 million in sales, and Co-Founder of TAG Metals and BRAKING USA, both of which were successfully sold to private equity groups. Education includes participation in World Rally Cross Country Championship Events and French National Enduro Championship.
