Lidia Fanzo currently serves as a Special Adviser at 10 Downing Street, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Lidia was the Regional Media Manager for The Labour Party from September 2023 to July 2024 and worked as a Senior Media Officer at the Government Communication Service from September 2020 to September 2023, focusing on markets, business, sectors, and exports. Lidia's experience also includes serving as a Communications Officer for both the Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) and the BBC, where involvement included the Press Office and Programmes Desk. Earlier, Lidia was an Account Executive at Edelman, specializing in public affairs. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages and Linguistics from the University of Oxford and a Postgraduate Diploma in Leading Strategic Communications from CIM. Additionally, Lidia has participated in exchange programs related to Spanish literature and language interpretation.
