Wieland Schwarze is an experienced professional in the fields of digital transformation, CRM, and marketing automation, currently serving as Vorstandsreferent at 1. FSV Mainz 05 e.V. since January 2025. Prior to this role, Wieland accumulated extensive experience at CINTELLIC Consulting Group from May 2020 to January 2025, progressing from Consultant to Senior Consultant and then to Manager. Previous positions include Referent CRM at Eintracht Frankfurt and roles in marketing, sponsorship, and sales at FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt e.V. and various internships, including at Walt Disney World as a Cultural Representative. Wieland holds a Master of Arts in Sportmanagement from SRH University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences.
