Tim B. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Tim started their career as a Talk Show Host and High School Sports Director at Bowling Green Radio Sports Organization in 2006. From 2009 to 2010, Tim worked as a Customer Service Representative and Senior Floor Support at STARTEK. Tim then joined Chancellor University as an International Admissions Advisor from 2010 to 2011.

In 2012, Tim joined Verizon Connect, where they held various roles, including Customer Care Representative, Senior Customer Care Representative, Customer Training Representative, Customer Care Team Lead, and Care Global Team Trainer. Tim developed curricula for training programs, conducted interviews, provided coaching and leadership development training, and administered internal wikis.

From 2014 to 2015, Tim worked as a Community Manager at Twenty Something Bloggers. Tim then joined AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. as a Training Specialist from 2018 to 2019. Tim's role involved conducting software implementation projects, managing project delivery and communications, and maintaining project documentation and reporting.

Currently, Tim is a Manager of Professional Services at 1 EDI Source, Inc. A Division of Epicor since 2019. Prior to this role, they worked as a Project Manager of Professional Services and an EDI Consultant at the same company. Tim has extensive experience managing software implementation projects, overseeing team members, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Additionally, Tim had a brief role as an Owner at Job at Place LLC, where they were responsible for audio and print editing. Overall, Tim B. has a strong background in project management, training, customer support, and leadership development.
