Laura Arneecher has extensive experience in workforce management, currently serving as the Director of WFM SC Workload Planning and previously in various leadership roles at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC. since November 2001, where responsibilities include managing scheduling functions and a virtual team of workforce professionals. Earlier in their career, Laura served as a Peer Counselor at Community Children's Shelter, providing support to troubled teens and their families.
