Koo Vergara is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Head of Global IT Operations at 2X since October 2024. Prior to this role, Koo held multiple positions at StraightArrow-Creative Process Outsourcing from April 2016 to October 2024, including Head of Technology, Innovation Tech Lead, Head of Creative Technology, Operations Manager, Web Development Senior Specialist, and Web Development Specialist. Koo began a career in technology at DirectWithHotels as a Software Engineer from October 2011 to February 2016, and earlier worked as a Cloud Security Engineer at Trend Micro for a brief period in mid-2011. Koo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Philippine School of Business Administration - Quezon City, earned between 2007 and 2011.
