Ironclad, a contract lifecylce management platform, tapped former Twilio executive Leslie Henthorn to become Chief Marketing Officer.

CloudBees is building the world's first end-to-end automated software delivery system that enables companies to balance governanve and developer freedom. It has hired a new CEO in Anuj Kapur who joins from SAP where he was President of Corporate Development and Strategy.

Fintech

Vertalo is a cap table, compliance and investor onboarding platform that ultilizes blockchain to connect and enable the digital asset economy. Mark Coffman joins as Chief Revenue Officer. Coffman has over 25 years of experience and has held the titles Chief Revenue Officer, SVP of Worldwide Sales and Board director in the past.

Carta is building a global ownership management platform and changing how companies, investors, law firms and employees manage equity. Travis Batty joins Carta as Deputy General Counsel from Deutsche Bank.

Wise, formerly TransferWise, lets consumers send money abroad at the lowest possible true cost. Wise hired Gabriele Galassi as Global Head of People & Organizational Development.

Health Tech

Agilon Health partners with primary care physicians to define a new standard of quality, efficency and patient experience. To help navigate a complex healthcare legal landscape it has hired Denise Zamore as Chief Legal Officer.

AdTech

TripleLift, a New York-based company working on making a better internet by creating advertising technology that makes ads more respectful and relavant, promoted Kama Ostoya to General Counsel.

E-Commerce

Tangoe, offers a order, invoice, inventory and expense management solution for telecom, mobile, cloud and IoT companies. Joel Jeselsohn joins the company as Chief Financial Officer.

ThredUp, the world's largest fashion resale platform, has hired its first Chief Marketing Officer in five years in Noelle Sadler. Sadler joins from Lulus and MAC Cosmetics.

Media Tech

Skillz, an online mobile multiplayer competition platform, hired Jason Roswig as Chief Financial Officer. Roswig was previously a Managing Director at Blackstone.

FanDuel is a sports-tech entertainment company that allows consumers to engage with their favorite sports, teams and leagues in new ways. Joining FanDuel as Chief Legal & Compliance Officer, Carolyn Renzin will lead all legal operations.

Brightcove produces an online video platform and has recently hired a Chief Revenue Officer. The new CRO, Dan Freund, joins from Brandwatch and has held leadership roles at Oracle.

IT

Avaya, a multinational technology company that specializes in business communications, hired Alan Masarek as President & CEO. Masarek currently also serves as Chairman at two other technology companies.

Proptech

Mark43 aims to build the world's most powerful public safety CAD, RMS, analytics and property platform. It recently hired Tim Merrigan as Chief Revenue Officer. He joins from Informatica.
