Workplace Tech

Sendinblue, an all-in-one digital marketing platform for small to medium-sized businesses, appointed Laure Rudelle Arnaud as its first Chief People and Impact Officer. Most recently, she was the Head of People for NFT startup, LaCollection.io.

Plum, a talent assessment platform, selected Jenny Cotie Kangas as its VP of Marketing. Most recently, she was the Director of Digital Experience Talent Acquisition at Regis Corporation.

Calendly, a scheduling platform for high-performing teams and individuals, named John McCauley as its CFO. Prior to joining Calendly, McCauley was the CFO of Seismic.

Parsable, a tech firm providing industrial workers with modern digital tools to improve productivity, quality, safety and sustainability, named Matt Belkin as CEO. He joins Parsable from Terminus, where he served as Chief Customer Officer and General Manager of Data Cloud.

Fintech

Melio, a B2B payments platform for small businesses, hired Yoav Schwartzberg as VP of Product. Schwartzberg joins Melio after a decade on Google's product team.

Flutterwave, Africa's leading payments technology company, appointed Oneal Bhambani as its new CFO. Oneal joins from American Express, where he was VP, CFO and Head of Capital Markets for its fintech platform called Kabbage.

AscendEX, a global cryptocurrency platform, promoted Shane Molidor from Chief Revenue Officer to CEO.

Chia, a venture that is building a blockchain and smart transaction platform, picked Allison Van Houten as its first Chief Marketing Officer. Before joining Chia Network, Van Houten led marketing and communications for Epic! For Kids, Getaround and Omada Health.

DigniFi, a platform that connects consumers with lenders for automotive expenses, hired former Synchrony Financial executive Mariana Coontz as CFO and experienced startup HR executive Kristy Nordmann as Chief People Officer.

TaxBit, a tax and accounting software provider, announced Lindsey Argalas, a former member of Intuit's C-Suite, has joined as its COO.

Insurtech

Benefytt, a health insurance technology company, appointed Todd Baxter as its next CEO, effective June 20. Baxter joins Benefytt from HireRight, where he served as EVP and Chief Services Officer.

Health Tech

Amino Health, a digital healthcare guidance platform, hired Greg Born as Chief Growth Officer. Prior to joining Amino Health, Born served as President and COO Officer at MDsave.

imaware, a digital health solutions company, announced Dr. Chet Robson and Angie Inlow will join the company as Chief Medical Officer and Chief Growth Officer, respectively. Robson was previously the Chief Clinical Officer at Walgreens and Inlow was the VP of Business Development and Partnerships at Genome Medical.

Evonetix, a synthetic biology company bringing semiconductor technology to DNA synthesis, named Colin McCracken as its CEO. Prior to joining Evonetix, he was SVP and Chief Commercial Officer at Fluidigm.

Ō, a digital health company pioneering a customizable home health technology platform, hired Matthew Grose as its CTO. Grose spent the last seven years at Optum of UnitedHealth Group, most recently serving as Chief Engineer and VP of Software Engineering.

E-Commerce

Wayfair, the online home goods retailer, promoted Sanjeev Singh Sahni to VP of Service Operations. Sahni joined Wayfair in 2017 and has led both the Customer Experience and Customer Service capabilities at Wayfair.

AutoFi, a digital automotive commerce platform, named Josh Baer as President. Prior to AutoFi, Baer was Head of Strategy for Santander Consumer.

Jane, a boutique online fashion and home decor marketplace, announced JP Knab as its Chief Marketing Officer. Most recently, Knab was SVP of Marketing at Aura.

Media Tech

Ryu Games, a mobile game company, announced that Rick Ellis, founder of Steam, has joined the company as Chief Product Officer.

Transportation Tech

Damon Motors, an urban mobility company and electric motorcycle manufacturer, promoted Amber Spencer to VP of Worldwide Marketing.

Logistics Tech

Flexport, a technology platform for global logistics, announced that former Amazon Consumer CEO Dave Clark will become CEO and join the company's board of directors on September 1, 2022.

Cybersecurity

Phosphorus Cybersecurity, a provider of full-scope security for Internet of Things devices, hired Obbe Knoop as Chief Revenue Officer. Most recently, Obbe served as VP of Emerging Markets for Armis.

1Password, a leader in human-centric security and privacy, appointed Erin Zipes as its first Chief Legal Officer. Zipes was previously the VP and Assistant General Counsel at Shopify.

Darktrace, a cybersecurity company, named Marcus Fowler, a former CIA officer, as the CEO of Darktrace Federal.

Climate Tech

Sweep, a carbon management platform for large enterprises, hired former Okta VP Philip Turner as Chief Revenue Officer and former Carbon4 Finance CEO Marie-Anne Vincent as VP of Climate Finance.

IT

Skytap, a global cloud provider, announced that Barney Silver has joined the company as CFO. Silver was formerly the VP of Finance and Operations for BitTitan.

NielsenIQ, a global information services company, has named Tracey Massey as the company’s first COO. She previously served as Global President and CEO of Mars Pet Nutrition.

Axon, a leader in connected public safety technologies, promoted Josh Isner from Chief Revenue Officer to COO.

Mendix, a low-code platform used by businesses to develop mobile & web apps at scale, promoted Nick Ford from VP of Product Marketing to Chief Marketing Officer.

Internet

Angi, a platform for all home needs, named Andrew “Rusty” Russakoff as its CFO, effective immediately. Russakoff most recently served as the VP of Financial Planning at IAC.

Voice, an NFT platform, promoted William Anderson from VP of Engineering to CTO.

Proptech

Frontdoor, a tech-enabled home service plan provider, announced that Kathy Collins has joined the company as SVP and Chief Marketing Officer. Most recently, Collins served as the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for G.E.H.A., Inc.

Semiconductor Manufacturers

Intel, a global semiconductor company, announced that April Miller Boise has been appointed EVP and Chief Legal Officer, starting July 6. Miller Boise joins Intel from Eaton Corp., where she served as EVP and Chief Legal Officer.
