Workplace Tech

OfficeSpace Software, a workplace management software company, appointed Kevin Bognar to the role of Chief Revenue Officer. Before joining OfficeSpace, Bognar led the Midwest commercial sales organization at Philips Healthcare.

Drips, a conversational texting platform for marketing campaigns, promoted Tom Martindale from Chief Strategy Officer to President and elevated Noah Sniderman from EVP of Sales to Chief Revenue Officer.

Argyle, an employment data platform, named Emerson Verrier as VP of Finance and Investor Relations. Prior to Argyle, Verrier served as VP of Finance and Investor Relations at Transfix.

ServiceTitan, a software platform built for the trades, hired former Nutanix top lawyer Olive Huang as General Counsel and former LinkedIn executive Doug Myers as SVP of Operations.

Demandbase, a GTM company for B2B brands, announced that Sean Malone has joined the company as its Chief Information Security Officer. Malone is the former CISO for VisibleRisk and became the VP of Risk Products when BitSight Technologies acquired VisibleRisk.

Octane AI, a zero-party data marketing platform, promoted Megan Berry from VP of Product to Chief Product Officer and promoted Alex Gurevich from VP of Finance and Operations to COO.

Fintech

Lili, an all-in-one banking app, hired Deepesh Jain as the company’s CFO and COO. Jain most recently worked as the Head of Capital Markets for Sunlight Financial.

Vic.ai, an AI platform for autonomous accounting and real-time insights, hired Aditi Charnoubi as Chief Growth Officer. Charnoubi joins Vic.ai from Automation Anywhere, where she led the company’s Cognitive platform (IQ bot) and Cognitive Sales & Strategic Partnerships.

Brim Financial, a fintech company and a licensed credit card issuer, hired Arthur Zhao, a former Marqeta finance executive, as its CFO.

Novo, a financial platform for small businesses, brought on former Kabbage CFO Kevin Phillips to launch and scale its lending business as EVP of Lending.

GoFundMe, an online fundraising platform, hired Margaret Richardson as its Chief Corporate Affairs Officer. She most recently served as the Director of Trust & Safety for Services at Apple.

Melio, a B2B payments platform for small businesses, selected Sivanne Goldfarb as VP of Risk, Credit & Data Products. Goldfarb was previously the Director of Data Science & Data Engineering, Fraud, and Compliance in Meta’s payments unit.

ComplySci, a provider of regulatory technology and compliance solutions for the financial services sector, named Helen Johnson as CTO, Robert Keller as Chief Product Officer and Eric Przybisiki as Chief Legal Officer.

Health Tech

Xevant, an automated data analytics provider for pharmacy benefit organizations, added former ​Ancestry CTO Scott Sorensen as it CTO and former EVP of People and Places at Instructure Jeff Weber as its Chief People Officer.

E-Commerce

CommentSold, a social commerce platform, appointed Steven Power as President. For the past seven months, Powers was an advisor for the company.

Media Tech

VidMob, a platform for Intelligent Creative, announced Sharmila Patel as its next CFO. Patel previously served as the CFO at Health IQ and as CFO/COO at Ten-X Commercial Real Estate.

Transportation Tech

Aptiv, a mobility technology company, hired Jessica Kourakos as VP of Investor Relations and ESG. Most recently, Kourakos served as VP of Investor Relations & Market Strategy at Rockwell Automation.

Logistics Tech

FourKites, a global supply chain visibility platform, named Philippe Salles as VP of Strategic Solutions (Ocean). Philippe brings experience from CMA CGM, INTTRA and maritime research and consultancy firm Drewry.

Cybersecurity

LastPass, a password management solutions provider, named Christofer Hoff as Chief Secure Technology Officer, Lora Rodstein as SVP of Human Resources, Pegi Wheeler as SVP of Operations and Rob Charlebois as Chief Marketing Officer.

Illumio, a zero-trust segmentation company, appointed Mario Espinoza as Chief Product Officer. Prior to joining Illumio, Espinoza served as the VP of SaaS Security and Data Protection at Palo Alto Networks.

TripleBlind, the creator of a complete and scalable solution for privacy-enhancing computation, announces Craig Gentry as its CTO. Before joining TripleBlind, Gentry was a research fellow at the Algorand Foundation.

IT

HP named Ernest Nicolas as its new Chief Supply Chain Officer. He joins HP from Rockwell Automation, where he also served as Chief Supply Chain Officer.

Databricks, a data and AI company, hired DocuSign’s General Counsel, Trâm Phi, as its SVP and General Counsel.

EXL, a digital operations management and analytics company, promoted Anita Mahon to EVP and Business Head of its EXL Health business unit. She had previously been the group’s EVP and Chief Growth and Strategy Officer.

LambdaTest, a leading test orchestration and execution platform, announced that Maneesh Sharma, previously GitHub General Manager for India, has joined as its COO.

Workato, an enterprise automation platform, appointed Carle Quinn as Chief People Officer, Kerry Moore as VP of Talent & Diversity and Keith Tyndall as VP of Corporate and Brand Marketing.

Kyndi, a natural language processing company, hired John Reuter as its Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to Kyndi, Reuter was the Chief Revenue Officer at Landing AI.

Internet

FanDuel, a sports-tech entertainment company, appointed Andrew Sheh as its CTO. Sheh joins FanDuel from Compass, a real estate technology brokerage firm, where she led tech efforts.

BlueCity, an online LGBTQ platform, promoted Junchen Sun from acting CFO to CFO.

Proptech

Mint House, a tech-enabled residential hospitality company, hired Maryssa Miller as Chief Product Officer. Miller joins Mint House from JetBlue Airways, where she served as Head of Digital and Customer Products.
