Workplace Tech

Prophix Software, a mid-market Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software company, announced that Ryan Van Hatten was promoted to CFO, Geoff Ng was promoted to CTO and Jens Bille was promoted to SVP & GM of Prophix International.

Outreach, a sales execution platform provider, hired Prasad Raje as its first Chief Product Officer. Raje was most recently the SVP of Product Management at RingCentral.

Limeade, an immersive employee well-being software provider, revealed that Dr. Patti Fletcher joined as Chief Marketing Officer. The company also hired Andrew Jacobus as a VP of the Limeade Institute, Sarah Visbeek as VP of Legal and Corporate Secretary and Arif Ansari as Head of Remote.

Contentstack, an Agile Content Management System, appointed Todd Rathje as the company's first Chief Revenue Officer. Rathje most recently served as CRO at WorkFusion.

eTeam, a leading global staffing services and talent management solutions provider, has appointed Avi Khilnani as the new COO. Previously, Khilnani held executive positions at Randstad and Adecco.

Varicent, the leader in Sales Performance Management, revealed that Jason Loh has joined as its Chief Product Officer. Loh joins Varicent from Anaplan, where he was the Global Head of Sales and Marketing Solutions.

ZoomInfo, a go-to-market software, data, and intelligence provider, named Simon McDougall as its first Chief Compliance Officer. Most recently, he was Deputy Commissioner for the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

EXL, an operations management and analytics company, selected Jennifer Lemming as Chief Marketing Officer. Lemming joins EXL from LexisNexis Risk Solutions, where she was SVP of Marketing.

Fintech

LendingTree, an online financial services marketplace, hired Shiv Singh as its Chief Marketing & Customer Experience Officer. Shiv Singh joins LendingTree from The Expedia Group, where he served as SVP and General Manager.

Passport, a transportation software and payments company, announced that Brian Pope has been appointed VP of Corporate Development. Pope recently founded and managed Silverport, an outsourced corporate development advisory firm for private markets.

Passport, a transportation software and payments company, named Jim Stanley as VP of Payment Sales. Stanley was most recently the Senior Director of Payments Product and Strategy Conduent.

CoinFlip, a leading financial services platform focused on the digital economy, today announced that Steve Gradman has joined as Chief Marketing Officer.

Barchart, a provider of data, tools, and software to the global commodity industry, announced Mike Driscoll has been named Head of Commodity Sales. Most recently Driscoll served as a Sales Executive for EFC Systems.

Bill.com, a provider of cloud-based software that simplifies, digitizes, and automates back-office financial processes for small and midsize businesses, named Germaine Cota as SVP of Finance & Accounting. Before Bill.com, Cota was Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer at 8x8.

Tradeshift, an e-invoicing and accounts payable automation, appointed Marissa Mattson as Chief People Officer. Mattson joins Tradeshift from AWS, where she was a Global Head of HR, Infrastructure and Customer Support.

Health Tech

Uber Health, Uber’s aptly named healthcare division, has named Dr. Michael Cantor as its first-ever Chief Medical Officer.

Nym Health, an autonomous medical coding company, announced that Or Peles has joined the Company as SVP of Research and Development. Peles joins Nym from Tasq.ai, where he served as COO.

Vida Health, a virtual chronic care company, hired Patrick Carroll, MD as its Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Carroll joins Vida from Hims & Hers, where he also served as Chief Medical Officer.

Calm, a mental wellness app, announced Jay Shetty as its Chief Purpose Officer. Shetty is a New York Times best-selling author, podcaster, former-monk, and purpose coach.

Ed Tech

MasterClass, a streaming platform for learning new skills, named Len Amato as Chief Content Officer. Prior to joining MasterClass, Amato served as president of HBO Films, Miniseries and Cinemax.

Degreed, a workforce upskilling platform, named Nag Chandrashekar as its Chief Product Officer. Prior to joining Degreed, he worked as Chief Product Officer at Atheer.

E-Commerce

Stitch Fix, an online personalized shopping platform, announced Sachin Dhawan is joining as CTO, effective on Monday, January 24. Sachin was previously the SVP of Infrastructure & Operations at Visa.

Walmart's top e-commerce executive Casey Carl has announced he will leave the company in February 2022.

VTEX, an enterprise digital commerce platform for brands and retailers, named Fernanda Weiden as its new CTO. Prior to VTEX, Weiden has held executive positions at Meta and Google.

Firework, a livestream commerce platform provider, selected Suzanne Strasser Grant as its new SVP, Global Head of Agency and Strategic Partnerships. Before Firework, Strasser Grant held leadership roles at Google, Snap, NBCU and Uber.

Transportation Tech

Archer Aviation, an eVTOL maker, announced the appointment of Mark Mesler as the Company’s CFO. Mesler joins Archer from Bloom Energy, where he helped lead the company’s 2018 IPO on the New York Stock Exchange.

ElectraMeccanica Vehicles, an EV manufacturer, announced the appointment of Kim Brink as Chief Revenue Officer. Most recently, she was the Global Chief Operating Officer and Executive Committee Chair at GTB.

Logistics Tech

Kodiak Robotics, a self-driving trucking company, selected Brett Fabbri as Head of Law Enforcement Policy and Roadway Safety. Most recently, Fabbri served as the Assistant Division Commander for the Enforcement and Planning Division at California Highway Patrol.

Bestpass, a payment platform and toll management solutions provider for commercial fleets, announced that Jason Walker has joined as Chief Revenue Officer. Most recently, Walker was the Vice President of Sales and CRO at GPS Insight.

Cybersecurity

Virsec, a cybersecurity company, named Brian Marlier as its Chief Revenue Officer. Marlier is the former CEO and Co-Founder of Focal Point Data Risk.

IT

Splunk, a software company for searching, monitoring, and analyzing machine-generated data, appointed Rolddy Leyva to Chief Diversity Officer. He previously served as Capital One’s Managing VP of Global Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging.

Pavilion Data Systems, a data analytics acceleration platform provider, hired Shridar Subramanian as the company's Chief Marketing and Product Officer. Subramanian was previously the Chief Marketing Officer at Arcserve.

OpenText, an information management company, hired Sandy Ono as Chief Marketing Officer. Ono joins OpenText from Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where she most recently served as VP of Growth Marketing.

Syntax, a multi-cloud and mission-critical applications managed cloud provider, appointed Dessalen Wood as Chief People Officer. Before joining Syntax, Dessalen was the Chief People Officer at ThoughtExchange.

Split, the leading feature delivery and experimentation platform, named Aaron Ballew as Chief Marketing Officer. He most recently served as VP of Demand Generation at Ping Identity.

Iron Mountain, an information management company, appointed Gillian Tiltman as SVP and Head of Investor Relations. Tiltman previously served as a Managing Director, Portfolio Manager for the Real Estate Securities Group at Neuberger Berman Europe Limited.

Zenoss, a provider of management software for physical, virtual and cloud-based IT infrastructures, announced Blair Duncan as the company’s new CFO. Prior to joining Zenoss, Duncan served as the CFO of Continuant and The Appraisal Lane.

CloudBolt Software, a hybrid cloud management platform, picked Brendan Dolan as its new as its new CFO. Previously, Dolan served as CFO of CloudCheckr.

Ocient, a database and analytics software and services company, has hired Ian Drury as its new CTO. He most recently served as a General Partner at OCA Ventures.

Internet

SkillGigs has hired Stephen Saville as President, Brad Hill as President of Digital and Amanda Betts as VP of Marketing.

Fetch Rewards, a rewards app, selected David Sommer as its first-ever Chief Customer Officer. Sommer previously worked as the Head of Industry (HOI), Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail Partnerships and Shopper Marketing at Meta.

Twitter’s Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) Rinki Sethi is expected to officially depart in the coming weeks after just over a year on the job, while Head of Security Peiter Zatko has already left the company. The social media giant has reportedly named its Head of Privacy Engineering, Lea Kissner, as interim CISO.

DraftKings has promoted Stephanie Sherman from SVP of Marketing to Chief Marketing Officer.

Aerospace

L3Harris Technologies named Michelle Turner as SVP and CFO. Turner joins L3Harris from Johnson & Johnson, where she led finance for the enterprise supply chain function, developing strategies.

Boom Supersonic, an aviation startup, announced that Stephen Weiland has joined as the company's CFO and Rich Harris as its first Chief Legal Officer.

IoT

Everactive, a self-powered IoT systems maker, announced Catherine Faber joined as CFO. She previously served as the Director of Portfolio Performance and Monitoring at private equity firm GTCR in Chicago.

Food Tech

Motif FoodWorks, a Boston-based food technology company, picked César Vega as its Vice President of Food Design. Vega joins the company from Barry Callebaut, where he served as Director of R&D Innovation for the Americas.
