Workplace Tech

Aderant, a global business management software provider for law firms, announced that Chris Cartrett has succeeded Deane Price as the companyā€™s CEO. Cartrett has been with Aderant since 2014 and was previously the companyā€™s President.

Fintech

WEX, a payments technology company, named its Chief Accounting Officer, Jennifer Kimball, as its Interim CFO. She replaces Roberto Simon, who will serve in an advisory role through April 1, 2022, as WEX searches for a permanent replacement.

BitMEX, a crypto exchange, has picked Rupertus Rothenhaeuser as its new Chief Commercial Officer. Rupertus previously served as CEO at Crypto Finance.

Health Tech

Sharecare, a digital health company, promoted Jaffry Mohammed as its EVP and Head of Enterprise and Provider. Mohammed replaces Pam Shipley who is leaving the company. Sharecare also hired Change Healthcareā€™s Corporate Secretary, Carrie Ratliff, as its Chief Legal Officer.

Sharecare has named Atul Gupta as its new EVP of Health Advocacy Operations. Gupta joins the company from IBM, where he was a VP and Senior Partner. The company has also hired William Janis as SVP of Health Advocacy and Marcus Gordon as SVP of Growth Marketing.

Sandata, a tech solutions provider for Medicare, announced that Srini Achukola has joined as CTO.

eVisit, a virtual care platform for large healthcare providers, announced that Juli Stover has joined as Chief Strategy Officer. Stover most recently served as VP of Virtual Health Strategies at Envision Healthcare.

Ed Tech

Web Courseworks, a learning technologies provider, promoted Amber Winter from EVP to CEO. Winter succeeds Dr. Jon Aleckson, who is transitioning to Chairman after having served as President and CEO for the past 20 years.

E-Commerce

BuildDirect, a technology platform for purchasing and selling building materials online, named David Lazar to the role of interim CEO. Most recently, Lazar held the role of CEO at Bailey 44.

Imperfect Foods, an online grocer, has hired Dan Park as its new CEO. Park comes to Imperfect Foods after four years as the CEO at BuildDirect Technologies.

Logistics Tech

Workhorse Group, a supplier of drone-integrated electric vehicles to the last mile delivery sector, named Robert ā€œBobā€ Ginnan as CFO. He most recently served as the CFO for Family RV Group.

Cybersecurity

Palo Alto Networks, a global cybersecurity leader, named Helmut Reisinger as its new CEO for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Latin America (LATAM). Reisinger was previously the CEO of Orange Business Services.

Pangiam, a technology company creating authentication and trusted movement solutions, appointed Dave Reissfelder as SVP & Chief Financial Officer. Reissfelder co-founded Pangiam in 2019 alongside COO Patrick Flanagan and rejoins the company after serving as the CEO of Freedom Innovations.

Onapsis, a leader in business-critical application cybersecurity and compliance, selected Sadik Al-Abdulla as Chief Product Officer.Prior to joining Onapsis, Al-Abdulla served as Vice President of Product Management for McAfeeā€™s enterprise business.

OneSpan, a digital identity verification and e-signatures company, picked Tom Aurelio as its Chief People Officer. Most recently, Aurelio was Chief Human Resources Officer at Endurance International Group.

Internet

DatChat, a blockchain, cybersecurity, and social media company, named Mark Mathis as its first Chief Blockchain Architect. Mathis previously held senior software and technology development positions at IBM, Ally Bank, and Bank of America.

IT

Quantum Computing Inc., has appointed William J. McGann, Ph.D. as its new Chief Operating and Technology Officer. McGann previously served as Chief Technology Officer for the Security, Detection and Automation business of Leidos.

Pegasystems, a cloud-architected software company, announced it has appointed Katherine Parente as Chief People Officer

Internet

OneRequest, an online vehicle search and communication platform for auto sales, selected Tom Heizer as VP of Sales and Business Development. He was most recently the SVP of Revenue and Customer Experience at GSM

Connectivity

ExteNet Systems, communications infrastructure solutions company, announced Saroosh Ahmed has joined as CFO. Prior to ExteNet, Ahmed was the CFO for Sidecar.

CrescoNet, a provider of LTE/5G AMI networks for electric and gas utilities, announced that Clark Pierce has joined the company as VP of Sales. Pierce had been a senior sales executive at Landis+Gyr.

Aerospace

Spire, a global provider of space-based data, analytics, and space services, appointed Tim Braswell as Chief People Officer. Braswell most recently spent eight years as a Senior HR Partner with MetLife.

Semiconductor Manufacturers

Magnachip Semiconductor announced that it has promoted Chief Accounting Officer Shinyoung Park to CFO.

Eltek, a manufacturer and supplier of technologically advanced solutions for printed circuit boards, named Ron Freund as its CFO. Prior to joining Eltek, Mr. Freund served as the CFO of Ophir Tours.
