ByteDance Founder and CEO, Zhang Yiming, has announced that he will relinquish his position as CEO to his college roommate and company co-founder Liang Rubo. | Full Story

Coinbase announced the appointment of Faryar Shirzad as Chief Policy Officer. Shirzad will join Coinbase from his current position as co-chief of Government Affairs at Goldman Sachs next month. | Full Story

Expedia Group announced two new hires to its executive leadership team on Monday. Rathi Murthy will be Chief Technology Officer and President of Expedia Services and Jon Gieselman will be President of Expedia Brands. | Full Story

Snap announced that Darcie Henry will join the company as Chief Human Resources Officer on July 6, 2021. She most recently served as Amazon’s VP HR, Global Consumer and Operations.

Pinterest has named Christine Deputy as its new Chief People Officer. She previously served as the CHRO at Nordstrom.

Ola appointed Rakesh Bhardwaj as CIO. Bhardwaj was previously SVP and Group CIO at Cognizant.

CSG appointed Liz Bauer as its new EVP and Chief Marketing and Customer Officer. Bauer previously served as the company's SVP and Chief Investor Relations and Communications Officer.

Innovaccer hired Shobha Phansalkar as Senior Director of Health Outcomes and Daniel William Roberts as Senior Director of Value Engineering.

Ocean Harvest Technology hired Hadden Graham as Managing Director, Animal Feed Business.

BitGo appointed Cassandra Lentchner as Chief Operating Officer for the BitGo Trust Companies. Lentchner was previously Senior Counsel at Pillsbury Law.

VidMob hired Andrea Ward as CMO. Ward was previously VP of Enterprise Marketing at Adobe.

PagerDuty hired Timm Hoyt as VP of Global Partners and Alliances. Hoyt was previously Global VP of Partner Sales at Druva.

VideoAmp hired Paul Ross as CFO and Board Member. Ross was previously the CFO of The Trade Desk.

Longeveron hired Dan Gincel as SVP of Strategic Collaborations & Scientific Affairs. Gincel was previously the VP of University Partnerships at the Maryland Technology Development Corporation.

Open Systems announced the appointment of Geoff Haydon as CEO. Haydon was previously the VP of Sales and Customer Operations at VMware Carbon Black.

Prodoscore hired David Powell as President. Powell was previously SVP of Expansion Sales at ConnectWise.

Idemia appointed Astrid Warren as Chief People Officer.

Teton Simulation promoted Doug Kenik from VP of Product to CEO.

Synthace appointed Guy Levy-Yurista as CEO. Levy-Yurista was previously Chief Strategy Officer at Sisense.

Illumina appointed Susan Tousi as Chief Commercial Officer and Alex Aravanis as CTO, Head of Research and Product Development.

ArborMetrix announced Maria Siambekos as CEO.

Ceros hired Jamie Gier as CMO and Tom Hewitt as VP of Business Development and Partnerships.

Socure hired Gary Sevounts as CMO. Prior to Socure, Sevounts was the CMO of Kount.

ConnectALL appointed Eric Robertson as Senior Advisor to the Office of COO and President. Prior to ConnectALL, Robertson served as the Vice President of Product Management at Onit.

Matterport appointed Soohwan Kim as VP of Investor Relations. Prior to Matterport, Kim led IR for NortonLifeLock and Versum Materials.

N-able hired Dave MacKinnon as Chief Security Officer and Peter Anastos as EVP, General Counsel.

Rezolute hired Davelyn Hood as Director, Scientific and Patient Affairs.

AlefEdge hired Jeff Tennery as its Chief Commercial Officer. Prior to joining AlefEdge, Tennery founded leading freelance platform company Moonlighting.

DarkPulse announced Joseph Catalino Jr. as Chief Strategy Officer. Catalino recently served as Defense Department representative on the White House COVID-19 Task Force.

Databook hired Neil Smith as CTO. Smith previously worked for Google dividing his time between the Research and Machine Intelligence group focused on Natural Language Processing (NLP), and leading an enterprise NLP team in the Google incubator, Area 120.

DoubleVerify named Tejal Engman as SVP of Investor Relations. Engman most recently served as the SVP of Investor Relations at Host Hotels & Resorts.

FilmTrack promoted Michael McGuire to COO. McGuire was previously CRO.

Celularity appointed Bradley Glover as EVP and CTO. Glover joins Cellularity from Kite Pharma.

Gray Analytics hired Brandon Sessions as VP, Commercial Cybersecurity. Prior to Gray Analytics, Sessions was the CRO for PC Matic.
