In this position, Monson will be accountable for long term equity and employee engagement strategy. She will be focused on building Estée Lauders commitment to act on racial equity and continue to develop the company’s talent pool through multiple strategies.

Most recently, Monson was the SVP, Global Employment, Compliance and Data Privacy at Estée Lauder, a position she has held for almost two years. With a passion for promoting workplace diversity, she has been an active member of Estée Lauders’s Diversity Council and its network of Black Leaders & Executives’ and ‘Women’s Leadership Network’ Employee Resource Groups.
Prior to joining Estée Lauder, Monsoon was the Director of Global Compliance Senior Associate General Counsel at Ingersoll Rand Company, a manufacturing company, where she oversaw investigations and development of policies. She halso spent several years in multiple large and mid-size law firms including Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, and Davis & Gilbert LLP.
