After more than three decades at NBC and 17 years as its EVP Publicity, Rebecca Marks is leaving the company to become EVP, Publicity, and Communications at Warner Bros TV Group. Marks will report to Warner Media Studios and Network Group Global Communication Chief, Johanna Fuentes, effective June 1st.

Marks joined NBC in 1984, she was at the company during its merger in 2004, when it became NBC Universal, and has since served as its EVP Publicity for the past 17 years.

In her new role, Marks will oversee business communications, campaigns, and PR.
