A hospitality industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in marketing, Donahue has worked in leadership roles at a number of companies including Hilton Enterprise and Marriott International. Most recently, she held the position of Vice President of Brand, Marketing and Digital in the Americas at Marriott for five years.
“Kieran is an innovator and a transformational Fortune 500 executive who has a long track record of demonstrated performance across a diverse set of global brands,” Johns said in a . “Given her impressive professional history surpassing business goals, building trusted relationships and empowering teams, I have no doubt that she will play an integral role in further building guest trust and leading IHOP to its next phase of growth.”
Similar to many of its competitors, the pandemic has negatively impacted IHOP’s sales, forcing the company to of locations across the country. Despite this, the company is confident that high performing restaurants will prevail.
