1 - LinkedIn Jobs

Why we love LinkedIn Jobs: "Extensive listings and easy to apply using your LinkedIn profile."

has one of the most extensive job listings across just about every industry. As most job listings ask for a link to your LinkedIn profile, starting on the social network makes sense.

As well as finding a job, you can also network with recruiters and potential employers to increase your chances of securing a position at your desired company.

Another great thing about LinkedIn is that it's location-agnostic. Most of the top job sites feature positions mainly in the United States, Canada, Europe, and the United Kingdom, whereas LinkedIn Jobs offers many more international options.

LinkedIn Jobs allows you to add several filters to narrow down your preferred position and match your skillset, including:

  • Date posted
  • Experience level
  • Company

  • Remote/on-site
  • Easy Apply—Jobs that allow you to apply using your LinkedIn profile—usually with one click

4 - Google Jobs

Why we love : "Search available jobs from all platforms from a single search engine."

Why search for jobs on each platform individually when you can use Google to explore them all at once! Google Jobs pulls listings from multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Monster, and even individual company websites, so that you can search for your desired position from a single user interface.

Google Jobs offers several filters to narrow down that dream job, including:

  • Category
  • Job Title
  • Location
  • Date published
  • Type
  • Company type (industry)
  • Employer

5 - ZipRecruiter

Why we love : "Phil, the AI-powered personal recruiter who searches ZipRecruiter for jobs that match your skills, preferences, and experience."

ZipRecruiter is a popular jobs platform for US-based job seekers. You can also use for UK-based positions, but the website is most helpful for searching for work within the United States.

ZipRecruiter's automation allows you to find and apply for jobs—even while you sleep! Phil, the AI-powered recruiter, pitches your profile to potential employers who can then reach out if they're interested in interviewing. This tool is fantastic for those who don't have the time to search for jobs.

6 - Behance

Why we love : "The best jobs platform for creatives with space to showcase your portfolio."

Behance is an Adobe-powered social network for designers to showcase their work and find inspiration. The platform also has a jobs portal offering various creative positions for UX/UI, graphic design, architecture, fashion, and video, to name a few.

The best thing about applying through Behance is that creatives can link directly to their portfolio so employers can review their work experience and projects.

Behance's simple jobs portal allows you to search for any creative position with three filters:

  • Type (full-time, part-time, freelance, etc.)
  • Location
  • Field

The field filter is handy as it allows job hunters to narrow down their specific expertise, for example, app design, branding, or cinematography.
